Michael Hashimoto is the Head of Global Enterprise Sales at ASUENE Inc., where he helps global manufacturers accelerate decarbonization while improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. Drawing on a unique combination of engineering, finance, and international business experience, Michael has built a career spanning manufacturing, trading, business turnaround, and global business expansion. Before joining ASUENE, he held roles at Toyota Motor Corporation, Mitsui & Co., Gestamp North America, CADDi, GMS, and VRAIN Solution. During his time at Gestamp North America, he played a key role in leading the turnaround of a long-loss-making business, achieving profitability within one year. At ASUENE, he leverages his extensive manufacturing expertise to support enterprise customers with practical, business-driven sustainability solutions.
May Ho is the Head of Key Account at Secaro. She leads Secaro's Key Account Management team with over 14 years of experience driving renewal, retention, and expansion across global B2B SaaS and technology organizations. She specializes in building scalable, data-driven client success functions to maximize client ROI and accelerate NRR and ARR growth. Previously, May established the enterprise account management and client success function at Acumen Commercial Insights and held senior global client success roles at Gartner, Clarivate, and Thomson Reuters, managing Fortune 500 relationships in highly regulated sectors. A University of Cambridge (MSt in Sustainability Leadership) and University of Oxford (MSc) graduate, CMI Chartered Manager Fellow, management lecturer, assessor for the University of Cambridge CISL Sustainability online courses, published researcher in sustainability leadership in businesses and cultural heritage sites, executive coach, and board advisor, May champions sustainability, governance, ESG, and ethical business transformation.
